The role
Plan and execute virtual events hosted online via Zoom, ensuring smooth logistics and attendee engagement.
Collaborate with stakeholders across teams to align goals, timelines, and post-event follow-up.
Assist in event promotion across channels to boost attendance and awareness.
Create event assets including flyers, short videos, and presentations with strong visual appeal.
Utilize Canva and Photoshop to craft polished visuals and concise messaging; communicate clearly.
Demonstrate self-motivation, independent thinking, and a results-driven approach with 0-1 years of experience.
