The role
Deliver a high-quality group fitness experience with clear, safe coaching in each class.
Modify intensity to fit participant levels and monitor effort throughout the session.
Begin and end classes on time, and minimize substitutions to maintain class flow.
Teach Barre, Cycling, or Athletic Conditioning on a regular basis and communicate member feedback and scheduling needs to the Group Fitness Manager.
Maintain current certifications (Group Fitness Certification and CPR/AED) and stay updated on anatomy, kinesiology, and ACSM guidelines.
Bring energy, professionalism, and a friendly, outgoing demeanor that motivates diverse participants.
