The role
As a Data Analyst on the Data Products team, you will become the go-to expert for our benchmark datasets.
You will field requests from sales, customer success, and people science, translating business questions into data answers.
You will investigate coverage, methodology, and metadata, and support custom benchmark creation for strategic deals.
You will build and improve Looker dashboards and self-serve tooling to empower teams to answer more questions independently.
You will document tribal knowledge, collaborate with data scientists on benchmarking pipelines, and contribute to broader analytics work.
This role offers growth into senior analytics or data science areas, with a focus on deep domain understanding of the dataset.
