The role
Lead discovery work to identify meaningful patterns in workforce data that predict engagement, retention, and performance.
Build and validate statistical models and ML approaches to surface actionable insights for product and business stakeholders.
Improve data quality and standardization for attributes like hierarchy, tenure, and demographics.
Partner with engineers to productionize insights and integrate them with Coach, our AI assistant.
Contribute to engagement benchmarks through methodology improvements and new data cuts.
Shape the longer-term insights roadmap based on learnings, collaborating closely with the data science and engineering teams.
