The role
Join the Data Products team to explore workforce data and discover patterns that predict engagement, retention, and performance.
Lead discovery, build and validate statistical models and ML approaches, translating findings into actionable insights for product and business stakeholders.
Improve data quality and standardize workforce attributes such as hierarchy, tenure, and demographics.
Collaborate with engineers to productionize insights and integrate them with Coach.
Contribute to engagement benchmarks through methodology improvements and new data cuts while shaping the longer-term insights roadmap.
Communicate clearly, present data interactively, and tell compelling stories to non-technical audiences.
