The role
Lead the design and delivery of scalable Publisher Ads & Monetization backend services.
Collaborate with architects and engineers to craft end-to-end systems and translate business needs into technical requirements.
Design for high availability and billions of requests per day, while mentoring junior engineers.
Work across cloud environments (GCP/AWS), with Java services, NoSQL stores, and performance optimizations.
Harness DevOps practices with CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes, and monitoring to ensure operational excellence.
Foster usability, maintainability, and long-term quality within a collaborative, innovative team.
