The role
Designing and building AI-powered agents and digital twins in high-consequence environments where outputs must be validated to a high standard.
Perform exploratory data analysis, model building, validation, and ongoing performance monitoring.
Lead data science efforts within cross-functional delivery teams—partnering with engineers, designers, and product leads for successful outcomes.
Translate real-world healthcare and life sciences problems into robust technical strategies with measurable business impact.
Apply Python and core libraries (NumPy, Pandas, scikit-learn) and deep-learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch) with experience in time-series and Bayesian methods.
Hybrid London role with 2 days in the office; strong focus on leadership, collaboration, and delivering user-centered value.
