The role
In this role, you will partner with Product Managers to shape roadmaps using product insights for Backstage and Portal. You will be opinionated about the signals that matter at different stages of the product lifecycle to drive impact. You will define and evolve core product metrics related to adoption, engagement, and long-term value to inform decisions. You will analyze product usage to identify opportunities to improve the developer experience and streamline workflows. You will design analyses and experiments, frame success criteria, and communicate insights to senior stakeholders across Platform. You will contribute to a culture of learning, collaboration, and rigorous data-driven decision making.
