The role
Set the enterprise pricing strategy across catalog, retail categories, and emerging businesses.
Lead a multi-disciplinary pricing organization including Pricing Operations, Analytics, Data Science, and Product Management.
Ensure prices are competitive, accurate, and predictable while balancing customer trust and long-term health.
Drive experimentation and innovation, including elasticity modeling, ML frameworks, causal inference, generative AI applications, and dynamic pricing capabilities.
Communicate pricing strategy and performance to senior leadership with clarity, sound judgment, and a customer-first mindset.
Build and develop high-performing teams, fostering a culture of curiosity, ownership, and operational excellence.
