The role
As a Senior Principal Software Engineer on the Performance and Solution Team, you will architect and deliver AI-enabled software aligned with business goals.
Design, develop, and optimize AI systems, debug complex software-hardware interactions, and ensure performance benchmarks are met.
Lead automation and CI/CD tooling, drive testing frameworks, and collaborate across agile teams to ship robust services.
Mentor junior engineers, influence design decisions, conduct code reviews, and promote engineering best practices.
Manage rack-level hardware components including GPUs and accelerators, and work with automation frameworks (pytest, Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes).
This on-site Cork-based role requires 13+ years of software experience and strong Python/Ansible/Kubernetes skills with AI frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, ONNX).
