The role
Lead as a Senior Advisor, Data Science by translating business questions into data-driven strategies and actionable insights from complex datasets.
Design and deploy prototypes and scalable AI/ML solutions, including LLM/Agent-based approaches, to be integrated into software products.
Collaborate with software engineers, product owners, and stakeholders in an Agile environment; mentor junior data scientists.
Own model outcomes, drive continuous improvements, and convert unstructured data into tangible business value.
Communicate progress and findings effectively to non-technical stakeholders to influence decision-making.
Required: strong Python and OO programming, solid math/statistics background, ML/DL/NLP knowledge, production ML deployment experience, and leadership of technical teams.
