The role
Lead the evaluation of in-house AI capabilities by defining operational domains and measuring reliability across real-world contexts.
Advance the state-of-the-art in uncertainty quantification and calibration to improve decision-making under uncertainty.
Interface with AI systems, test robustness in real and adversarial environments, and identify failure modes.
Design data collection and experimentation strategies to extract causal insights and inform deployment.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive impactful projects and ensure responsible AI practices.
Communicate findings clearly to internal stakeholders, reporting on risk, reliability, and safety.
