The role
Develop and extend state-of-the-art ML/AI methods for real-time perception, localisation, and navigation on semi-autonomous platforms.
Design experiments and benchmarks to evaluate performance in real-world scenarios, enhancing generalisation and robustness.
Collaborate across teams to integrate AI capabilities into production systems, including testing, QA, and monitoring.
Implement clean, well-documented software (Python and other languages) for scalable deployment on edge devices.
Stay current with research, reimplementing or extending cutting-edge DL approaches and demonstrating impact.
Communicate findings clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders while upholding ethical considerations and safety requirements.
