The role
Role: AI Engineer focusing on building robust, generalizable AI for semi-autonomous platforms used in real-time localization, navigation, and perception in defense contexts.
Develop and extend the latest ML/AI methods and architectures; design experiments and benchmarks to evaluate performance in real-world scenarios.
Own the full ML lifecycle from data collection and annotation to model evaluation, training, tuning, and deployment to production with QA and monitoring.
Collaborate across teams to integrate AI into production systems while maintaining safety, robustness, and ethical considerations.
Communicate findings clearly to internal and external stakeholders and take ownership of outcomes with proactive problem solving.
Offer hybrid/remote work options and opportunities to work with edge computing, simulators or synthetic data, and state-of-the-art AI techniques on high-impact projects.
