The role
Lead the design and monitoring of core product metrics and model-driven insights.
Develop and improve statistical and machine-learning models, including LTV and ROI, to guide growth decisions.
Advance causal modeling to understand user behavior and identify opportunities across the product ecosystem.
Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Operations, and Data teams to translate analyses into actions.
Plan, execute, and analyze A/B experiments to inform strategy and optimize outcomes.
Communicate complex findings clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders and drive business impact.
