The role
Design, train, and fine-tune large language models that power TRAE's code-generation and reasoning capabilities.
Build efficient, scalable training and evaluation pipelines for rapid experimentation and deployment.
Collaborate with infrastructure and product teams to deploy models on GPU clusters with robust monitoring.
Continuously optimize for latency, throughput, and accuracy, applying cutting-edge techniques in model optimization and inference acceleration.
Stay hands-on with quantization, pruning, and CUDA-based deployment optimizations to ensure production readiness.
Participate in a cross-functional R&D environment, contributing to the evolution of AI-driven software engineering.
