Coordinate daily shipment tasks with trucking vendors to ensure on-time pickups and deliveries.
Track shipments and address delays or issues proactively.
Maintain accurate records of shipments, rates, and communications.
Collaborate with internal teams to align logistics plans with business needs.
Provide shipment updates and basic customer support as needed.
