Senior Commercial Finance Accountant (Regions) - Leeds
Lead strategic and tactical financial management across the Groups to drive sustained profit improvement and robust financial controls. Partner with CFMs, HOGs, RMPs, and Partners to translate financial performance into actionable business insights and guidance. Own projects such as client profitability reviews, pricing and tendering, and finance process improvements, including systems implementation. Deliver timely financial reporting and analysis, monitor key targets (billing, hours, realisation, WIP, debtor days), and drive working capital. Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial modelling during Group planning, and contribute to strategy and decision-making. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to standardize reporting, ensure compliance, and foster effective stakeholder engagement.
