The role
The legal counsel provides comprehensive legal support related to commercial contracts, compliance, and risk management across EMEA. They collaborate with various internal teams to draft, review, and negotiate agreements, ensuring adherence to applicable laws and policies. This position involves delivering legal training, managing claims and disputes, and supporting process improvements to enhance legal service efficiency. Candidates must be qualified in the UK with extensive experience in corporate legal environments, and possess strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills. Knowledge of manufacturing, data protection laws, and EU regulation is advantageous, alongside proficiency in additional languages. The role requires the ability to travel up to 25% and offers an opportunity to contribute to innovative projects in the life sciences sector.
