The role
The senior manufacturing engineer leads the deployment of new products to production and provides ongoing support for existing manufacturing lines. They are responsible for designing and implementing effective manufacturing processes, developing work guides, jigs and fixtures, and layout cells with appropriate tooling. The position requires applying lean techniques to improve operational efficiency continuously. Candidates should possess a solid engineering degree and over five years of experience in an electro-mechanical environment. The role demands hands-on ability, strong problem-solving skills, and expertise in manufacturing technologies and process improvement methodologies.
