Seeking a patent litigation attorney with 2-5 years of experience to join a leading national firm in Austin, TX.
Handle patent infringement matters and related IP litigation in federal courts.
Collaborate with partners and legal teams on case strategy, discovery, and motion practice.
Develop expertise in patent trials, risk assessment, and client counseling.
