The role
Lead, coordinate, and supervise all activities within the mechanical engineering discipline to ensure quality, schedule adherence, and client satisfaction across programs.
Manage Senior Program Managers and Program Managers, ensuring clear communication of timelines and deliverables to clients.
Drive business development efforts, including marketing presence, opportunity identification, proposals, and contracts with clients and sub-consultants.
Analyze data to inform decisions, establish KPIs, and implement best practices aligned with key performance indicators and company goals.
Mentor and develop engineering staff, fostering professional growth and a high-performance team culture.
Travel up to 35% locally and nationally to collaborate with teams, meet clients, and support project delivery.
