The role
This role combines application support with collaborative project work to develop technical and leadership skills.
Operate in a hybrid model with a mix of in-office collaboration and remote work.
Collaborate with Software Development, Technical Marketing, Customer Training, and Consulting teams to strengthen skills and shape your career interests.
Provide advanced application support for MATLAB, Simulink, and the full product suite to customers.
Develop domain expertise in Control Theory, Embedded Systems, or Signal Processing and deepen proficiency across the product family; coach and mentor others while leading process improvements.
Qualifications include a bachelor's with 3+ years (or a master's/PhD), strong programming in C++ or Java, and excellent communication and time management.
