The role
Oversee on-site groundworks operations for residential and commercial projects.
Assess activities, plan resources, and coordinate daily site operations to meet milestones on projects valued from £150k to £2m.
Lead a team of operatives, ensuring strict safety standards and compliance with site rules.
Manage subcontractors and liaise with supervisors to maintain quality, schedule, and budget.
Provide regular progress updates, identify risks, and implement corrective actions as needed.
Maintain a safe, efficient work environment while optimizing resource use and cost control.
