The role
The Product Lead will be responsible for managing the Partner Platform, a newly launched product transforming engagement for estate and letting agents. They will develop strategy, create roadmaps, and deliver on key outcomes with a high degree of autonomy. The role includes line-managing and mentoring Product Managers, setting standards for discovery, prioritisation, and stakeholder communication. Suitable candidates will have senior-level B2B SaaS experience, proven leadership skills, and confidence working independently. Familiarity with AI tools and a commitment to team and product improvement are essential.
