The role
Lead end-to-end data science initiatives to inform content acquisition, placement, and personalization for a leading streaming platform.
Design, run, and analyze A/B tests and quasi-experiments with causal inference to measure content performance and viewer engagement.
Work with large-scale event data using SQL, Python, and Spark to uncover actionable insights that drive strategic content decisions.
Develop dashboards and data products that translate findings into clear, business-ready recommendations.
Partner with cross-functional teams—content strategy, product, engineering, and leadership—to embed data-driven experimentation across the business.
Collaborate with Data Engineering and ML Ops to improve data pipelines, feature engineering, and automation throughout experimentation workflows, and advocate best practices in measurement and data strategy.
