The role
Design and maintain real-time machine learning pipelines for ad decisioning with strict latency targets.
Translate business goals into model solutions, collaborating closely with data science, engineering, and product teams.
Build and operate training infrastructure and production-ready inference systems, contributing to end-to-end MLOps.
Implement experimentation frameworks (A/B tests, multi-armed bandits) to continuously optimize outcomes.
Lead data integration efforts with data partners and ensure scalable data workflows for live systems.
Participate in code reviews, system design discussions, and performance tuning to meet production constraints.
