The role
Lead Designer to drive UX, Product UI, and 3D graphics across the product ecosystem with a fast, iterative approach.
Independently conduct user research and testing, develop personas and customer journeys, and translate insights into wireframes, prototypes, and CX specs for engineers.
Deliver rapid iterations and design recommendations within hours, collaborating with product managers, engineers, and cross-functional teams.
Partner with the Head of 3D and Mobile Solutions on product design elements and oversee the work of UX/UI Analysts through mentoring.
Communicate timelines and design decisions to leadership and clients, coordinating tasks with Product Owner and development teams.
Requirements include 4+ years in UX/Product design, 3D modeling, graphic design, startup experience, and proficiency in Figma, with a strong portfolio.
