The role
Seeking a Civil Site Design Engineer with 2-5 years of experience to support commercial, residential, and mixed-use development projects across multiple East Coast states.
Responsibilities include using AutoCAD Civil 3D to prepare site development plans (grading, drainage, utilities, erosion control, and stormwater management) and assisting with master planning and construction documents.
Conduct site investigations, analyze surveys and maps, and prepare cost estimates for proposed site improvements.
Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, owners, and regulatory agencies, and support permitting efforts at local, county, and state levels.
Participate in site visits, assist with construction administration and RFIs, and contribute to overall project management and cross-disciplinary coordination.
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering required; 2-5 years of relevant site design experience; EIT preferred; proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D and stormwater design.
