Lead cutting-edge research in computer vision and machine learning, focusing on multimodal understanding and vision-language fusion.
Advance topics such as video highlight detection, video slicing, and audio understanding, driving intelligent editing capabilities.
Translate research breakthroughs into scalable features and products, collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Pursue large-scale training and RLHF to improve model performance and generalization.
Publish and present findings in top venues, and contribute to shaping the technical roadmap.
Work independently and mentor teammates while maintaining strong collaboration and communication.
