The role
Join the Mission Critical core design team to deliver private civil site designs, construction plans and specifications for data center projects across the country. Lead site design, grading, and utility layout while ensuring code compliance, permitting, and entitlement support through AHJ coordination. Coordinate with project partners, owners, contractors, and consultants in a virtual, multi-region environment to meet tight timelines. Develop 3D models and markups using AutoCAD Civil 3D and GIS, and perform constructability reviews and QA/QC. Contribute to cost estimates, scope management, and schedule planning under the guidance of senior engineers. Prepare and revise documentation including site plans, grading plans, utility plans, diagrams, and details, using standard software and manufacturer tools.
