The role
Lead and guide technical practice as a Principal Engineer, managing highly complex geotechnical and civil projects with significant business impact.
Provide technical review of proposals and deliverables, perform engineering analyses, and develop practical geotechnical solutions.
Mentor junior staff, coordinate cross-disciplinary teams, and ensure quality, safety, and regulatory compliance.
Develop and cultivate client relationships, prepare proposals and contracts, and present technical findings to clients.
Manage project budgets, timelines, and risk, applying PE standards and industry best practices.
Flexible work arrangement with potential for hybrid or remote work.
