The role
We are seeking an experienced Analyst to join the Pharma Services/Med Tech practice in New York.
The Analyst will take on significant responsibility in financial analysis, modeling, and valuation, and prepare client materials.
You will manage project workstreams, coordinate with senior bankers, and present to clients.
Strong Excel and MS Office skills, a solid grasp of accounting, and the ability to analyze and value businesses are essential.
Exceptional interpersonal abilities, leadership, and the capacity to work under tight deadlines in a team environment are required.
Prior investment banking or corporate finance/M&A experience and an undergraduate degree in finance, economics, or mathematics are preferred.
