The role
Provide legal guidance for CST matters and business development activities involving Sales Agency, Distribution, and Operation/Sourcing.
Support Sales, Service, Repair, and related CST operations, including addressing routine field questions and managing issues with unauthorized distributors and non-validated third-party products.
Draft, negotiate, and advise on independent manufacturing representative agreements and other sales channel arrangements.
Collaborate on product development agreements with third parties and counsel on risk assessment, privacy, and security concerns.
Advise internal clients on potential litigation, promotional strategies, competitor conduct, and regulatory compliance, coordinating with experts enterprise-wide.
Design and deliver training programs; leverage AI tools for process improvements; adapt to evolving tasks and may oversee external counsel.
