The role
Coordinate end-to-end import shipments, from rate quotes and carrier bookings to final delivery, across air and ocean modes.
Audit documents (Bills of Lading, Packing Lists, Commercial Invoices) for accuracy and compliance.
Facilitate ISF filings and monitor customs clearance, collaborating with the Customs Brokerage team.
Manage scheduling with overseas agents, carriers, and domestic truckers, tracking cargo status throughout transit.
Process financial activities, including carrier payments, pre-billing, and post-charges within the ERP system.
Leverage Incoterms knowledge and FMC regulations to ensure regulatory compliance and cost efficiency.
