The role
Process high-volume domestic and international sales invoices with precision and speed.
Coordinate and prepare documentation for Will Calls, FedEx, UPS, truck shipments, and international freight.
Independently manage invoicing workflow and shipment paperwork to ensure accuracy and timely processing.
Research and secure competitive rate quotes for truck shipments.
Ensure all required international paperwork (commercial invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin) is sent to carriers accurately and on time.
Maintain excellent organization, clear communication, and the ability to multitask to meet tight deadlines in export/import logistics.
