The role
Coordinate and monitor import logistics operations, ensuring timely customs clearance and accurate documentation.
Facilitate clear communication between customer services, vendors, service providers, and airlines.
Track shipments in real-time, investigate issues, and resolve entry or operational problems.
Liaise with warehouses and third-party facilities to support order fulfillment, forwarding, dropshipping, transshipment, and related activities.
Oversee import clearance and transportation schedules, ensuring compliance and timely delivery.
Collaborate with the customer service team to address lost or undeliverable packages and coordinate refunds when applicable.
