The role
Lead end-to-end data analysis centered on the content ecosystem, applying statistics and data science to identify opportunities and risks that affect the international short-video platform.
Partner with product and strategy teams to build models, metrics, and governance mechanisms that enhance user experience while safeguarding the ecosystem.
Analyze negative content risks, define governance metrics, and guide cross-functional efforts on issue discovery, measurement, and experience protection.
Evaluate the effectiveness of management measures and design scalable account-level policies to improve compliance.
Utilize A/B testing, causal analysis, and quantitative modeling to quantify impact and provide actionable recommendations for iteration of ecosystem strategies.
Develop robust, unbiased metrics and support data-driven decisions across the platform's content ecosystem.
