The role
This is a short-term, three-month attorney position with a potential one-month extension, starting February 2, 2026, in Boston.
You will work on the CORI & Re-entry Project to seal and expunge criminal records and advise clients on CORI rights in employment and licensing.
Responsibilities include conducting CORI clinics, providing direct client services, and collaborating with community partners in person or via Zoom.
You will represent clients in court for record sealing and expungement matters.
Massachusetts bar admission and prior experience with criminal record sealing are required; experience with low-income and formerly incarcerated communities is preferred.
Fluency in additional languages is helpful; strong communication and community education skills are essential.
