The role
Design and deploy ML models to detect and prevent risky or abusive activity across the Families product, with a focus on teen banking safety.
Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, product, and operations to translate risk signals into scalable safeguards and features.
Partner with ML Engineering teams to operationalize models in real-time production environments with low latency.
Research emerging risks and behavioral patterns to proactively shape safeguards and policy in financial activity.
Mentor and grow fellow modellers, contributing to the maturation of our modelling capabilities.
Own solutions end-to-end, from design through monitoring, emphasizing autonomy, strong problem-solving, and clear communication with non-technical stakeholders.
