The role
The HR Systems & Reporting Specialist is responsible for managing the iTrent HR system, enhancing employee and manager self-service and introducing automation to streamline HR administration. The role involves developing a reliable reporting function covering statutory, DfE, and internal people dashboard reporting, enabling data-driven decisions. The successful candidate will possess skills in HR systems management, automation, analytics, and reporting software, with experience relevant to the role’s technical environment. They will play a key part in optimising HR processes and reporting mechanisms to support organisational goals.
