The role
A technical production manager is responsible for leading manufacturing operations, ensuring quality, efficiency, and safety standards are met, and driving process optimisation through continuous improvement initiatives. The role requires technical expertise in high-volume production, automation, and machinery performance, along with strong leadership and stakeholder management skills. Responsibilities include managing teams, troubleshooting equipment issues, overseeing safety, and executing strategic and operational planning, including cost control. Candidates should have qualifications in manufacturing engineering or similar, and experience with Lean or Six Sigma methodologies.
