The role
Serve as a strategic HR partner to business leaders, translating objectives into effective human capital strategies.
Lead workforce planning, organizational design, and succession planning to support growth and resilience.
Guide talent management, performance reviews, career development, and retention through collaboration with Learning & Development.
Act as a trusted advisor on employee relations, conflict resolution, and engagement initiatives to strengthen culture.
Ensure HR policies and programs comply with local laws while maintaining accurate metrics and reporting for decision-making.
Operate in a fast-paced, fully remote environment, balancing strategic insight with hands-on HR execution.
