The role
Own analytical planning for cross-border seller acquisition, onboarding, activation, and GMV forecasting.
Identify high-potential, blue ocean categories and underpenetrated markets through data-driven insights.
Build and maintain forecasting models to project onboarding pace, activation rates, and revenue contribution.
Provide actionable recommendations to improve recruitment efficiency, pipeline conversion, and seller activation.
Collaborate with regional and cross-functional leaders to align data-driven strategies with business goals.
Translate complex data into clear stories and measurable KPIs that influence senior leadership decisions.
