The role
Sell and service hotel catering, events, and staff in accordance with business and marketing plans to meet or exceed revenue goals.
Manage space allocations, F&B spend, and contract details, ensuring accurate BEOs and hotel communications.
Lead BEO and Pre-Event meetings with thorough preparation and precise communication.
Maintain a robust database of organizers, third parties, influencers, and end users; provide market feedback to the Director of Sales.
Propose new services and products, conduct hotel tours, and entertain qualified clients in compliance with policy; monitor expenses.
Collaborate with the sales team, mentor staff, support recruiting, and lead regular department meetings to drive results.
