The role
Lead Commercial & Distribution Contracting across SaaS, AI, vendor, NDAs, and producer/carrier distribution agreements.
Advise stakeholders on contractual risk, regulatory considerations, and business implications.
Independently manage a high volume of contracts from intake through execution, balancing speed and risk.
Own contracting operations including templates, playbooks, forms, and metrics to improve turnaround time and reduce risk.
Provide guidance on 50-state insurance regulations, TCPA, FCRA, data privacy, cybersecurity, and AI-related considerations.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Procurement, Technology, Marketing, Compliance, and Insurance teams to drive compliant growth and translate legal concepts into actionable business advice.
