Manufacturing Technician Apprentice
An apprentice Manufacturing Technician will gain hands-on experience across CNC turning, CNC milling, gear hobbing and shaping, and multi-axis machining in a precision manufacturing setting. You will learn to read and interpret engineering drawings, program components using conventional and CAM methods, and set up machine tools while proving out programs. Responsibilities include inspecting components to drawing requirements, designing fixtures and tooling to optimise machining processes, and ensuring quality with established procedures. You will develop knowledge of material properties, apply quality procedures, and maintain strict adherence to health and safety standards. The role provides a clear path toward senior technician and potential team leadership in a high-performance motorsport environment. Location: West Midlands; Monday to Friday; salary reviews occur annually with progress linked to safety, performance, attendance, and timekeeping.
