The role
Senior HR Advisor for a 12-month fixed-term contract in West Midlands with travel to a central site.
Provide proactive, hands-on HR advisory across the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding and exits.
Act as a trusted advisor to line managers on HR policies, procedures, and UK employment law.
Support HR Business Partners to harmonise processes across regional teams and integrate two HR functions into a cohesive team.
Manage a range of employee relations cases—disciplinary, grievance, capability and absence management—ensuring fair outcomes.
Maintain accurate records, ensure data integrity and confidentiality, and deliver processes in compliance with policy and legal requirements.
