The role
Lead the Business Management Office functions supporting Corporate Functions and Technology, ensuring aligned priorities and enterprise visibility.
Serve as a strategic advisor to the CIO, supporting executive decision-making and coordinated execution.
Oversee advanced analytics, automation, and executive-ready reporting across HR, Risk, Finance, and Technology.
Partner with Risk, Compliance, and Audit to meet governance, risk, and control expectations.
Collaborate with HR on workforce planning, org design, and health metrics aligned to business strategy.
Drive communications, enterprise storytelling, and innovation initiatives to advance modernization and automation.
