The role
Own and manage the Learner Help Center, ensuring learners have all resources they need to be successful.
Plan, write, publish, and maintain clear, jargon-free documentation for new and existing product features.
Evaluate and track performance metrics of the Learner Help Center against industry standards.
Collaborate with Product Specialists, Product Managers, Engineers, and support staff to understand and communicate product changes internally and externally.
Drive processes and SLAs for documentation requests from internal stakeholders; audit support documentation and leverage data to drive strategic improvements.
Own and execute the strategy to scale self-serve resources, present a user-friendly experience, and maintain a consistent voice and tone; assist with UX copy when needed.
